The BUNDLEMAKER complete with PLC electronics is a single lane manually fed automatic collector and counter of small items such as hand wipes, terry towels, bar mops etc. Flat unfolded pieces can be processed up to 2000 per hour (dependent on operator dexterity and material being fed). Once the pre-determined stack count is reached the completed bundle is folded in half and discharged onto an integral stack-receiving conveyor. Quantities in bundle can be between 5 and 50 depending on thickness.
A Bundle Stacker is also available to allow the accumulation of bundles prior to discharge onto a conveyor.
