The STAC-N-FOLD 56 is a multi-lane crossfolder and stacker for small pieces. A variety of lane combinations are available in the standard 3.0m working width (alternative widths are available) that is suitable for adding to existing H J Weir folding equipment, or can be incorporated into a new fully automatic folding, crossfolding and stacking systems for the high speed production of small items.
Pieces are crossfolded by the unique STAC-N-FOLD 56 system and simultaneously stacked onto a high level conveyor. When the preset quantity is stacked, the conveyor automatically advances towards the rear of the machine for easy removal by a single operator.
Full automation of the completed stacks is achievable when the STAC-N-FOLD 56 is supplied with an integrated conveyor system option. This system may include duplex discharge conveyors incorporating a tipping conveyor that can transfer completed stacks onto a new or an existing auxiliary conveyor for onward delivery to packaging equipment.

PLC control with easy to use Touch Screen Interface. 32.000 colour, High Illumination, Liquid Crystal Display; 32 available programs; simple selection procedure for machine operators.
Effective working width per lane – Max. 1000mm. Min. 600mm.
