The WEIR FOLDMAKER 94 is a single lane folder suitable for folding blankets, large towels and similar articles. The machine will impart up to three primary folds and one or two cross folds. The machine enables an article to be folded with a logo shown on the outside of the pack. A defined pack size can also be programmed to provide a uniform presentation of completed articles.
The FOLDMAKER 94 will accept articles up to a maximum of 3500mm long and 2200mm wide. This maximum length must have three folds. The smallest article that can be folded is 500mm and this must have one fold only.
Accumulation and stacking of all cross folded items can be achieved with the inclusion of a H J Weir Auxiliary Drop Stacker (ADS).
