The 56 AUTOGRADE is a single lane folder and stacker that can easily be programmed on site to enable the processing of mixed size towels.
Silent flow through rapid braking conveyors enter one, two or thirding folds into towels that can be presented in any order. Folded items continue through the 56 AUTOGRADE to a pre-determined stacking station for crossfolding, counting and stacking onto an integral stack conveyor. One, two, three or four station machines are available and a complete reject system is fitted as standard.
After the set stack height has been reached, the completed stacks are transferred onto a common conveyor mounted to the side. This conveyor can transfer the completed stacks back to the operator or to the rear of the machine for manual removal. Full automation of completed stacks is achievable when the 56 AUTOGRADE is supplied with an integrated conveyor system option. This system may include duplex discharge conveyors incorporating a tipping conveyor that can transfer completed stacks onto a new or an existing auxiliary conveyor for onward delivery to packaging equipment.
